Scream 2
Characters:
Sydney: Our main character, kinda weird, very negative.
Derrick: Sydney’s boyfriend, shot.... dies.
Randy: A huge horror movie fan (Like myself), sadly he is stabbed to death.... poor Randy.
Dewy: A cop who saved a couple of people before,
Cotton: Sydney wrongly accused him and sent him to jail,
CC.: A collage student who does not add to much to the plot, stabbed and thrown off a building.
Gale: A reporter who had saved Sydney’s life.
Mrs. Loomis: Billy’s mom, a physco motha fucker Shot by like four different people
Micky: I crazy dude who is shot like 100 times Hahahah
The Killer: Too bad he only uses a knife......shot.
Plot:
A copycat killer decides to copy the killings done by Billy Loomis, and what’s better than killing the survivors from Billy’s ,massacre? As the teens at a local collage are picked off one by one who will survive? Who is the killer? Why was this movie so un-gory?
Review:
Yes, I decided to finally review the sequel to the movie that started one of my favorite slasher waves, Scream. And is it as good as the original? No but pretty damn close This movie has it all Suspense, good characters, great directing, a good cast, so why isn’t it as good as the original? Simple It lacked the gore that the first one had (even if that wasn’t a lot) Yes this movie is full of non gory killings In fact I think there was only one scene of gore in the film The rest was just a lot of messy blood splatter But it also had a great pace, good twists that I didn’t see coming and a pretty good bodycount so lets movie on
Th directing is great for the most part, filled to the top with beautifully shot scenes, and builds up a great level of suspense The acting is equally stuffed with greatness as the actors all really fit the parts they got
I believe this film MUST be watched by all fans of film, horror or not
(Sorry it was so short)
Gore:
A slit throat, a pole through ones head,
And a lot of blood splatter and stabbings.
T&A:
NO
Bodycount:10
Final Rating: 4.5/5
